I stopped by One Stop Deli and I’ll start by saying the food itself was good and tasted fresh. Unfortunately, the customer service really took away from the experience. The staff had a poor attitude and were not helpful at all. I stood waiting and was basically ignored, and when I finally spoke up, they seemed annoyed instead of trying to help. There was confusion with how orders were being handled, and rather than communicating clearly or fixing the issue calmly, the staff became upset when it was brought to their attention. The way customers are spoken to matters just as much as the food. With better organization and a more respectful attitude toward customers, this place could be much better. Right now, the service needs serious improvement

This place is such a hidden gem! Our family ate here and we all enjoyed our meals. I got the chopped cheese and omg this is so delicious! So flavorful and pipping hot. My husband said it’s NY style and it is. We were all happy and will be coming here in the future! Thank you we will see you soon!

Everything here is just amazing, literally some of the best food I ever eat. Get yourself a bag of your favorite Doritos, take it to them and tell them you want a dorito chopped cheese. Like.. amazing!

If you’re on a diet this place is NOT for you!!! But if you want some mouth watering 🤤savory goodness, one stop shop is the spot!!! Friendly service!! No he’s not going to write your order down yes he will get it right!! I got the Philly steak and lamb over fries 🍟 with cheese and white sauce 10 out of 10! Husband got the chopped cheese on a hoagie bread ocky style with white sauce 10 out of 10!! You know I had to get a bite of that chopped cheese!! 🤤🥰 so glad this place isn’t close to my house because I would be big as a house but I definitely will return later on a future trip to Norfolk!

You can’t go wrong with the chopped cheese on a roll, it is delicious every time. It’s always packed so expect a 45+ minute every time. Lowkey overstimulating. Less crowded if you go early mornings on the weekends. The chef is rude though, I asked for red sauce multiple times and he refused to put it on my sandwich even when the sauce bottle right next to his hand. Just rude to be rude

Heard about this place online, so I decided to give it a try. Went in, crowd was pretty full of people placing orders, cool. Placed my order after waiting about 15 minutes. Told them EXACTLY what I wanted. Went to my car and waited. After about 20-25 minutes Went back in, order was not ready, cook seemed VERY confused on my order, he actually gave it to someone else 😳, then proceeded to play it off and redo it. To top it off , two customers got into a yelling match and ine went to her car and grabbed a gun and came back in with the gun in her waist band. Mind you the store is full of customers including CHILDREN. They simmered down. Waited Another 15 minutes, Then received order, got all the way home and order WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED, I'M PISSED. I know they are busy but that's no excuse at all. Very bad FIRST EXPERIENCE. Highly doubt I'd recommend or go back.....!!!! #DoBetter

Actually the food is awesome. The site said it is open and it's not. Ppl are walking up to the door and it is not open. So what time do they open? They need to be open Thank you. Otherwise, food is great!!! That's is why they get three stars for not being open when they say it's open..

So tonight (Friday October 3, 2025) I went in there and ordered a Philly Cheese steak and lamb sub woth their special spin 🤤 and 🍟....what I got was Philly Cheese steak and lamb on top of fries with the white sauce. IT WAS THE BEST DAMN MISTAKE EVER!!! 💜❤️ I REALLY ENJOYED IT!!! YOU TURNED ME ON TO SOMETHING NEW! Getting it on fries was definitely the way!!! Thank you so much! WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!!!😊 😋🤤 😎
