She ate my food in front of me while making it!!!

I asked for my side of apple to be sliced and at first the people in the kitchen looked at me like I had 7 heads. Paneras always have a slicer for the apples, so I was surprised that they were so dumbfounded. Well, after slicing my apple, this lady ate a piece of it. Not only did she steal one of my apple slices THAT I PAID FOR, she also had the audacity to come out to the front while eating it so that I could see her.

I put the apple slices together to make sure that I was not crazy…. She did indeed take one of my apple slices.

This is absolutely ridiculous, I’m disgusted.

came here with my friends to grab dinner and was not disappointed! service was relatively quick and the people were polite. i got the chicken bacon rancher and it was delicious!

Absolutely terrible experience last night as the cook messed up my wife’s order so I had to go back and correct it. However, when asked if they could correct my order, I was cursed out by the cook in the back and constantly ridiculed.

I ordered a strawberry poppy seed salad on my lunch break when I got to work it was no strawberries in the salad I returned it and was told they didn’t have any strawberries when I ordered I asked why wasn’t I told when I ordered they didn’t have strawberries & didn’t get a answer but I did receive eye rolls from the manager and attitude from the chef I asked why were they mad it’s my lunch break that was ruined I requested my money back to my card and contacted customer service and no one has yet to respond to me 3days later and still waiting to see if the money actually return to my card

This is not my average review, but after the treatment I received, I felt it was appropriate. First, I want to warn anyone who orders on the kiosk and customizes their meals. With the new changes to the Panera menu, the green goddess sandwich no longer has an option that comes with chicken. When I ordered on the kiosk I added chicken to the melt but it could not be processed because I needed to remove the pepadew peppers, which were out of stock (but somehow they were still on our sandwich). So after making that change, we believe the chicken was also removed from the order, though we did not select to remove it (and the chicken was definitely still in stock). Once we received the order we noticed the lack of chicken and I went to speak with the staff. One of the staff members was very kind but another was rude, condescending, and talked over my explanation. She spoke down to me and told me to just order a sandwich that is no longer on the menu. I made it clear that I had no issue paying for additional chicken if need be. I paid for the chicken, which they didn’t even heat up for me. The staff member rolled her eyes as she gave me the chicken and scoffed at me as I walked away. Food was still tasty but the service does not make me want to return.

Everytime I order something, they rush it and don’t do it right. I don’t know how many plain sandwiches I’ve ordered and they were rushing so they messed it up. I get it, it’s busy, but if I’m paying for something as a student, I should get what I ordered. A few days later, I go back again and this time they completely just stopped understanding customer service. If you’re going to give someone something that’s NOT what they ordered and charge them, at least let them know you did that. This is not what the signature take sandwich is. Although this is funny, at least let the customer know.

Literally called them just to make sure they had everything for the green goddess CAPRESE melt… they said yes and then my melt didn’t have basil or arugula like the description says it does. 1/3 of the ingredients missing. They also cut the tip off of my sandwich’s baguette for my side of baguette, so the sandwich wasn’t even whole. ordered it before and it had chicken on it… it’s a vegetarian sandwich.

I used to go there often to use flex and meal exchanges because they’re basically the only option for vegetarian food on campus and they’d mess up my order at least half the time. It’s been a while but I just went in to order a green goddess caprese melt and they were out of the dressing so i ordered a margarita pizza and specifically asked if they have both tomato and basil. they said yes and somehow i still got a pizza with no basil. wasn’t surprised. they seem to always be short staffed and/or have a struggling staff and it’s a never ending problem.
