Sent my husband last week to get me some broccoli and cheddar soup with a banquet bread to dip in my soup, THE WHOLE REASON FOR GETTING THEM TOGETHER. Low and behold they did not have banquet bread!! What panera bread doesn't have banquet bread? They lost alot of points for that!🥺😲

I lost a corp receipt from last week. I could hear how busy Richard was but he took the time to look through old transactions for my receipt and then thanked me for being patient. Very seldom do you get customer service like this. Thank you so much Richard!

Putting a location in Southern Shopping Center probably wasn't the best idea - I usually don't leave mid level reviews unless warranted, twice my food has been wrong. The choose your two combo - pay more attention. Also, it's okay to fill up a soup completely rather than halfway. Chicken caesar salad missing the chicken completely on one occasion and the ranch parm BLT missing tomatoes on another. A BLT is bacon, lettuce and tomato :)
