Great environment and good food. A little under staffed but I enjoyed coming. I will return

The customer service was very good. They offered recommendations. Food was very good and came out with barely a wait. Could be a little cleaner. The floors needed to be swept. Other than that no complaints. Will definitely return.

We are not local residents. We travelled with small kids to VB for the long weekend so we had activities planned out for each day of our trip. Today, we ordered a #9 special pho to go (with beef, tendon, etc.) for our son because he decided that he would like that specific type of pho for dinner. He is a small, special kid who cannot tolerate loud noise, he gets overwhelmed in a busy setting, and he is very picky about what he eats. After we picked up the order which was tightly wrapped in a plastic bag, we drove back to our rental 35 min away just to find out that they gave us a completely different type: a chicken pho, instead. (We ended up having to order something else for our son who was super hungry.) So we called the restaurant and talked to AJ, the same person who took our to-go order. At first, she asked me: what is a special pho? I then explained that it is a beef pho with other specials in it, the most expensive one #9 on their menu. She then told me to bring back the pho for an exchange. I let her know that we were far away from the restaurant so she told us to bring back the pho THE NEXT DAY for an exchange. Yes, you read it right, the next day! Then we asked to talk to a supervisor. Sadly, we could hear his voice talking to AJ: “tell them I am busy”. We then decided that we would like her to refund to our credit card the difference in price between what we ordered and what they gave us. She said she could not do it and that we would need to drive back to their restaurant for a refund even though I’ve explained twice all the reasons why I could not drive back to the restaurant. This same person purposely hung up on me twice after this conversation. I asked her why she hung up on me, she said: we are busy. Clearly, she could not care less. Neither did the supervisor do. I wish I could give this place a 0*

I would say their base Pho broth was better than probably 3/4 of Pho restaurants 'out there', but it was pretty expensive. Soda + Pho + Tip landed me over $30 total. My portion had notably more meat than most Pho restaurants, but I still don't think it was enough to warrant a significantly higher price, though I suppose they can demand that from their location. The young guy serving me was very friendly and attentive.

I'm not sure if atmosphere/decorations are worth a note since I'm mostly there for the food, but I'd describe it as plain. I think the bathrooms could use more cleaning attention.

I actually love this place but to change the way the rocket shrimp are made with no notice or menu change is crazy work to me. And when I called, he tells me how it's supposed to made per the menu but then turns around, in the same breath and tell me there aren't any onions in is crazy work. They're lucky I'm hungry today cause otherwise I'd return them. But to not get what you pay for is crazy work. The greed in this country is getting out of hand. Guess it's time to learn to make them myself and stop eating out.🤷🏿 Do better America.

Normally I don’t write reviews but I just couldn’t let this go it really bothered me. My family and I were shopping at the outlets and my wife had a taste for some noodles so we stopped here. We walked in wasn’t a lot of people at all went to the counter to place an order and nothing as if we where invisible finally after standing there for some time a young lady decided to acknowledge us and said she would be right there so we wait and wait as we waited a gentleman came from the back and surprisingly we where invisible to him to. As we continue to be in visible a gentle walked in and was immediately greeted and helped so at this point we decided to leave. I had no clue that black people where invisible in these types of place and that if your white they can see you clear as day… pho79! if you don’t want our kind in your re restaurants put a sign on your door cause clearly that’s how you feel.. so sad but shouldn’t surprise

Good food for the most part, pho broth and the meat, wontons, bahn mi all were very yummy. The noodles not so good and very stingy with the sauces, also no glasses all plastic and styrofoam. Service was adequate but table was sticky, seats were worn. Seems like this place is run by a bit of a cheapskate. Don’t recommend

Very disappointing experience. We waited more than an hour for our food. The food arrived cold and tasted not good. Strangely, other 3 group tables who came after us were served before us. To make things worse, a server came by to ask if there was anything they could clean up before we had even received our food. The customer service felt inattentive and disorganized. Probably won’t return

DON’T COME HERE. I waited 1 hour and a half for pho special. I went with my family. There were elderly and children. They were all very hungry. People who came after me got their food before me. Not worth coming here again

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service at this restaurant was unacceptable. It took over an hour just to get the food. A few members in our table got the food after 30 mins wait and the rest of us waited for over an hour. It’s even WORST when 3 tables ( group of 4) who came after us get their food first.
We felt like we were a burden rather than paying customers.
There are plenty of places that treat their guests better
I won’t be coming back here.

Tri made our first pho experience memorable with his amazing customer service skills. He was very inviting and helpful during our visit.
Will definitely be back!! :)
