Went there for the first time a few weeks back the place was a joke food was mediocre at best half the games were broken our waiter was I feel high or drunk and seemed more interested in hitting on my girlfriend than fixing our food order that he messed up twice we waited damn near an hour for some very awful food we were told the place had great food but guess we came on the wrong day our waiter kept making my girlfriend creeped out we went to go play games and he kept coming up to us just to hit on her we ended up just going to the bartender who was nice I believe her name was Geha she was great and the only highlight of our night I will say the place has potential but they need to get rid of that waiter and fix their food when I hear of some changes we might go back would of rated higher but he really made our experience bad

Great atmosphere and games (especially pinball!), but food unfortunately did not live up to the atmosphere. Anything we ordered that included pulled pork was MUCH spicier than expected, and my father ordered a grilled cheese with pimento cheese that took a very long time to arrive and wasn't even warm when it finally did. Our server was very nice about it, though, and gave us free tokens for the arcade games for our trouble.

I think the AC was out when we went last week because it wasn't that bad downstairs but it was pretty hot upstairs. I'm sure the body heat and in/out of patio didn't help.
Great place to hangout for a beer or whatever you want to drink while playing some of the arcade games. The bartender was great.

We had so much fun! Already planning on coming back. This establishment is much more low-key than somewhere like Dave and Busters or Flipper McCoys, although there’s a more limited game selection. You’ll enjoy this place if you prefer old fashioned games, think Pac-man and pinball machines! The food was great, the drinks were good once we found one we liked, and the staff was wonderful. Loved the atmosphere and the decorations as well. Overall, absolutely would recommend for anyone whether by yourself, with friends, or on a date!!

We had so much fun here on a Saturday night. A decent crowd and everyone was in a good mood. The games on the first and second floor were an entertaining change from the usual. Found out I'm not as good at some of the video games as I used to be lol. I still kicked my son's and his friend's butts lol. I was just visiting but if I was a local, I would be here more often. My son ordered my drink. The bartender wasn't the most personable & my drink was a bit too sweet. She acted like I asked for the world when I asked for a bigger glass to water it down. All in all, two thumbs up.

I went down from NY to visit family for my birthday and this was one of the places my nephew and his girlfriend took me on Friday night (6/20) sometime after 9. Everyone there was having a blast. We started at a booth, ordered WAY TOO much food and got a couple of rounds of drinks. Our server was INCREDIBLE! Wow, what a personality, so helpful, so fun, he kept us laughing and took EXCELLENT care of us. I don't remember his name, but he had blackish hair slicked back, I know you all know who he is, haha. The male security guard was also incredible and showed us a ton of love throughout the night. I go down to Norfolk a couple of times every year, this will be one of my go to places with friends and family each time. Great job guys, keep up the good work ❤️.
