Great place to hang out and get food after work. My biggest complaint is that all of the pinball machines are filthy, not maintained at all and are always imbalanced.
The guy who works on them and comes in "regularly" genuinely does not know how to clean or take care of the machines whatsoever.
Additionally none of the stern machines are connected to the Internet so they don't receive updates that benefit the player.
Hire a new tech and it'd be 5/5

Made a reservation online for a small group for a ten year olds birthday. Received a prompt email response and a phone call the day before. Service was great as well as food. They even set up a small table with cups and drinks for us. Server and bartender were super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for small or large groups.

The food is amazing (recommend the PIXEL burger), the arcade games are pretty cool, and their on tap selection is pretty large. It's definitely a good spot in Norfolk for a fun night out!

The first time coming was invited out for food and a good time. I really enjoyed myself with my guest. The chicken nachos were so good. And the bartenders were really nice as well. They had some of the greats in video games. I was able to play one of my favorites The Simpsons. Omg.. bought back so many memories. If you haven't been. I definitely recommend. I'll be going back again real soon to play the Nintendo

I’ve been here once before and had a lot of fun, so last week I decided to host my 21st birthday here. Everyone had a lot of fun and our server was great, I wish I could remember his name. He recommended me two drinks and I loved them both, my favorite definitely being the Mango Man. They also gave me a little over a dozen free coins as a birthday gift which I thought was super nice of them! My favorite part of the night was the karaoke dj coming up to me and asking my name and then making the whole bar sing happy birthday to me before I left lol. A super fun place with a great atmosphere that I highly recommend you try out!

My family and I had such a great time. The arcade was a pure hit of nostalgia for me. However, it was even more fun to watch my children enjoying these games. This made the trip worth it.
My review is suppressed because of the service. The whole kitchen staff went on break at the exact same time. If this is the policy, then I wish it was advertised. I could choose to time my visit better.
