Very unorganized. Music blasting there’s 6 workers my order is not on time. They also take a tip after you pay.and pick up your own order. I ordered online to pay Store . She didn’t even look. I could’ve got it for free.

I live a half mile from the store I ordered from and it took them 45 minutes to deliver the order and the food was cold. Called the store and asked to speak to a manager and was placed on perpetual hold (meaning that they leave you on hold until you hang up)

Placed an order at 8pm on Saturday my delivery was supposed to arrive by 928. Never came. Called @10 got customer service first time someone hung up on me the second time I was placed on hold for 25 minutes third time I called from my son phone while still on hold on my phone, got someone who sounded like she was at a party just to tell me the store was closed and it takes 3 -5 business days to get a refund.

Don't waste your time at this location placed my order at 8:00 said it would be ready 815 so 8;30 rolls around and they cant find my order so they made tbe order amd when they gave it to me it was incorrect and then told me they don't have anymore personal pans id have to go to another pizza hut..I called the hotline and was let down again by tbe rude customer service..pizza hut has gone down the drain...the food the customer service to be overhauled will not order from pizza hut ever again

First off placed order @2 got order @3. Pizza cold, looks like they took left overs and put in the box, pasta and bread sticks dry and pasta was burnt as you can see and with no Lid!! If I was driving and seen my order like this, they would have done it over and with me watching! I work to hard for my money for my food to look like this and the amount I paid. I hope whoever made this get rt heir food handed to them when they order out??
