Placed an order through Doordash and the wrong order was delivered. Contacted doordash and they dealt with the refund. I then contacted the store and they stated they still had my order here and asked did we want it to be delivered i said yes. They said 20 minutes and it will be there. 45 minutes later I called and they said they didn't have the address when they told me they had it. I told them the address and they said it would be 45 minutes to deliver it. An hour and 15 mi uses later I called and got a different person which kept cutting me off saying it wasn't going to be delivered and that I needed to deal with doordash. I told her I had already done that and was already told 2 times it was going to be delivered. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and now had to do something else in order to feed my kids. If these people would have just said they couldn't deliver the order that was already made, I would have ordered something else. Will never order Pizza Hut again.

The new manager is awesome. They missed 1 item (door dash's fault) and he apologized and gave me a free soda for the inconvenience while they made it. The pizzas came out quick and the staff we super nice. The store is well kept for the area that it's located in.
I definitely recommend this over some of the other huts. They know how to make a good pizza.

Dont ignore the bad reviews. Employees cant read apparently, ordered a pan it shows up as a thin....no cheese on it, i mean come on thats like the second step to making a pizza, but you get what you pay for around here. Job be damned gimmie my paycheck.

July 25, 2025 experience.....I placed an order using my credit card and Pizza Hut reward points, expecting delivery by 9:07 PM. The food never arrived. I called the store — it was already closed. I was transferred to a supervisor but got disconnected several times. Tried calling back and was disconnected again. Eventually got through and was told my order was sent out — but I never received it.
Since the store was closed, all they could offer was a refund and said my reward points should be returned. The manager I spoke with had a good attitude, but the service overall was a major letdown. Also waited over 30 minutes trying to reach someone on the online chat with no response.
I've ordered delivery many times, picked up myself a few times, never had any issues, food is always great and the staff have always been very nice and helpful 😊
