It's kind of a sliver of a restaurant, but worth the trip. The cook was especially cool, and accommodating and served delicious food. I had the catfish, and I believe that my wife had flounder, with mac and cheese and greens. Of course, my daughter had chicken tenders. Come to find out, the cook is a Jersey homeboy. Food was delicious I tried oxtail and shrimp rasta pasta 👌🏾 the children wanted fish and those hush puppies bussin lol omg and the fish gawddd (waited until I got home to eat my pasta)
I was looking forward to trying the shrimp and grits but they were out. Also out of oxtail. Disappointing. I got the fish tacos. Didn't enjoy - tasted like vinegar. Wife got a catfish po' boy. It was OK. Side of fries was pretty pathetic. Price seemed a bit steep, especially for the drinks.
Music was inappropriate. Wouldn't bring kids in with the music that was playing. Probably won't return.
