I caught up to their food truck at an event. I had the seafood feast. Which consisted of 2 pieces of whiting fish, shrimp, and crab balls. First off the service was amazing. I was greeted with smiles and great energy. The owner was very personable and down to earth. When I got my plate the presentation was beautiful! Fish was nice and crisp and golden tasted very good texture was great! Shrimp was plump and flavorful, and oh my goodness the crab balls was AMAAAAZZZZING!! Nice...
Went there today and I am traveling and my seafood mac and Cheese is amazing so is my fish sandwich with fries.

They came and had their food trucks set up at my job today. I ordered the shrimp fries and hush puppies. Talk about some amazing flavor in that shrimp. It was cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed my lunch. Thank you so much.
