This is my favorite Plaza location. It's always clean, the service is great, the food comes out quickly, and it's always quality food. The drinks are also really good and a large selection. There's rarely a wait for a table too. The added bonus is the robots that deliver the food.

This restaurant is excellent! Food was great and our waitress was very attentive. I had the burrito fajitas and guacamole. Highly recommend.

I NEVER have left a review ever for anywhere so when I say the waiter’s attitude( Mario A. H) was absolutely terrible! I mean it. I am not sure if the minor misunderstanding about what ticket was his issue or not but he was extremely rude to myself and others at the table. I had to go back in to grab a receipt and he continued his poor behavior and when I said something to the other staff member( said he was a manager ) at the front he was dismissive and smirked at the fact that I said something about it stating “it would be taken care” but having never been there before, it was a terrible experience and I will not be going back. I have waited table in the past so asking for something to be added to a specific ticket shouldn’t have been an issue. I know people can have bad days but honestly one of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant.

Plaza Azteca has several locations in this area, I'm not sure if it's a chain of related stores or not. The food here was pretty classic texmex. The salsa had a great and slightly unique flavor. The food was good and I would go back. The service was top notch, we were greeted, served drinks and our server checked on our table like he genuinely wanted us to have a great lunch. The robots are neat and I am sure are a huge hit with kids. Yes, they have robots that bring your food.

The empanada's were nasty. It tasted like old oil. Yuck. I told the waiter and said the change the oil daily but he wouldn't taste them. The other food was good.

I'm in town for work and stumbled upon this restaurant, conveniently located near my hotel. The food exceeded expectations, but the drinks were just okay. Unfortunately, the bartender provided HORRIBLE service - poor attention to detail, unattentive, and glued to her phone. She never provided me a receipt as I requested for my expense report .As a business traveler this is definitely important . The bartender was more attentive to her male co worker than the customers .I'll definitely recommend ordering the amazing food via DoorDash or Uber Eats instead! I would love to give this place a 5 star review but , due to bartender poor customer service I would give it a 1 at best .
