The food is fine, but the staff give the smallest portions I’ve ever seen at a poke shop. The fish scoops are visibly not full and only the teeniest tiniest pinches or sprinkle of other toppings. It was remarkably, strangely small servings.

Ate here for my lunch because the ramen sign caught my eyes. Decided to explore so I walked in and ordered a bowl of ramen. They have it assembly style to Subway but only for the Pokebowls and other items offered. For the ramen they give you a little menu and you check off everything that you want it's really simple but what I didn't like was that it didn't explain what the items were. The beautiful part was the stuff is very friendly at describing every item that I asked. The beauty part of it is even though I guessed on all the toppings my Ramen was tasty and tasteful. The noodles were cooked the way I prefer them and the soup that they were in was exquisite. I liked it well enough to review it but I don't necessarily love it as far as my first trip goes. But I'd be willing to take a friend here and explore something else on the menu. Cleanliness gets five stars. And some atmosphere is better than no atmosphere overall I find this place Pleasant and worth it. Other food outside that they were prepping while waiting for mines also looked amazing.

Poke bowl was bland. Also no spice in spicy tuna or spicy ponzu. And the salmon was not the best quality. Had a plastic flavor to it. Just not great. Would not come back. Needs a ton more flavor. Having a sauce that isn’t sweet would be great too. I have it 2 stars because my husband thought his was just okay, but not as bad as mine.

Love this little gem. Nestled and nondescript. If you walk by too fast you might miss it. But, inside you’ll find great bubble tea, fresh ingredients, yummy ramen and poke, and great customer service.The staff are extremely helpful and ordering is easy and convenient with detailed instructions and little slips of paper you fill out.I also had ramen, but ate it before I thought about taking a picture lol.It’s never super busy so it’s typically a nice quiet environment when eating inside.If you’re in downtown Norfolk looking for bubble tea, ramen, or poke, this is the place you wanna go!
