Lady was arrogant and demeaning. THIS location messed up our door dash order and claims they put it in the sealed bag. They did not. Then made implications were lying because “we wouldn’t forget that much food” which one only one box of 3 tenders and 2 dr peppers. I personally believe she or someone else there stole it because it’s close to closing and due to her denial to help with the issue. All she said was “ain’t no way we forgot it” yet every time I’ve came in this location the workers seem to be potentially under an influence making it hard for them to even communicate with customers.

This location is always busy but the food is always on point and employees are friendly and efficient. Nom nom oh and right now donate $1 and you get an apple pie. I love that apple pies and strawberry biscuits

Although I don't do fast food very often I was hungry for fried chicken. It had been quite some time since I had gone to a Popeyes I placed my order received the meal which was good however the dining room where I decided to sit and eat the meal there were several tables that had not been cleaned off. I basically needed to make a placemat out of napkins to cover up a dirty table. This is the closest Popeyes location to where I live and I would frequent it again.

Terrible service, the worst service I have ever received at the self-service, I was standing for about 5 minutes to be attended to and no one attended to me when I approached the window after 2 minutes at the window the lady who serves appeared and told me that I I turned around and said that he couldn't serve me and I told him that I had already been at the entrance where they took the order for 5 minutes and no one attended to me and 2 minutes at the window and it couldn't be that he took my order and he closed his window with hatred and didn't. He wanted to assist me,

The absolute worst Popeye’s in Hampton Roads. 2 piece, fries and drink. Drive thru. Customer service! There isn’t any. Woman was short with replies. Requested coleslaw. 2 piece, with coleslaw please. Reply… No coleslaw… Not “Sorry we’re out of coleslaw”. Okay fries. “What’s your drink.” Said in a rude manner. Immediately after I stated my drink, they repeated my order and told me the price. No “Thank you, your total is blah blah blah, pull forward please. Chicken wasn’t shook before placing in the fryer, I bit into a gob of flour a few times. SMH! Line building up behind me at the order board and the customer behind me was never told “I’ll be right with you, one second please. SMH. Where have the days of good customer service gone? It most certainly is not at this Popeye’s.

After 15 years, Popeye's.This location needs some love. They were out of napkins. They served fried chicken, and they didn't have napkins. The GM there doesn't care, but the staff does.The fried chicken was terrific. Just a I remembered. I ordered two extra sides just to taste them. The Mac n Cheese was a better generic version that they serve in BBQ shops. Not great but better. The beans and rice brought me back; full marks there. The mashed potatoes needed more gravy.Aside from the lack of napkins, the tables weren't all clean. The inside needs a massive amount of love. The staff was so pleasant and helpful, I can only think that the GM is mailing it in. You've got a great staff, make a great store.And the staff. I confused the woman by saying I hadn't been to Popeye's in 15 years, but she was still cooperative. She thought I was a freak but still remained helpful. Terrific woman.Dirty tables and all, go here. The staff needs some love. Tell them nice things.
