The line here was super long when we got here, this is a super busy location, especially when it’s raining, the customer service here was excellent compared to the pressure the workers are under, but the lobby was not so great I guess when it rains the roof leaks, I mean come on corporate y’all need to tighten up all the money this location brings you can’t even fix the roof leaks thats crazy

This location always has a line. This particular day, the voice on the speaker asked that I drive up to the window to place my order.
With 3 cars ahead of me and more stacking up behind me I almost got out of line and went elsewhere.
I am glad I did not. The staff that were there were very courteous and apologetic. They worked worked vigor and fluidity.
My food was delivered hot, fresh and with a smile. The only complaint I had was they were out...

I don't want to be vicious but fix the damn potholes at the drive through window, they have been there for YEARS.... about a $30 fix with some small rocks and some asphalt! I always seem to smell seafood on the chicken, do you cook the shrimp, fish and chicken in the same frying oil? The red beans and rice and cole slaw are very good, and your biscuits are my favorite of all chicken places. I will try it one more time and readjust this if the pot holes are fixed, otherwise...
