Fairly fast, food was hot, service was mid, drive through is narrow and hard to turn around in. fries had a funny extra taste to them like maybe perfume etc, and the size large is tiny! I would hate to see how big a small is... Burger tasted good but was sloppily assembled and half the ingredients were outside the bun.

I have been going to Rally's for years. I can say that things have changed since I worked there but neither the less it's to be expected in today's time. Despite waiting almost 10 minutes to order and another 10 to get my food, everything turned out ok

I really liked the ice cream cheese cake. I pay $3. 4 a cup?that has a Dome cover & the employee is instructed to NOT to fill it to the top. PLEASE don't charge me full price for a cup that is half full.
