Awesome service and cool people when I come here

I enjoyed the food, the waitress was nice, it's a different ownership now, it used to be Dominican, now is either Central American or Mexican, I couldn't give more than 3 star on atmosphere, because the music was so loud, that I couldn't hear myself thinking.
Sabor Caribeño is a Latino restaurant that offers a great dining experience with delicious and generously portioned meals at reasonable prices. The pollo guisado (stewed chicken), arroz amarillo (yellow rice), and frijoles negros (black beans) are popular choices. The rice and steak, as well as the pre-prepared stewed chicken, were found to be tender and full of flavor, even towards the end of the day. The service is welcoming, making customers feel like part of the family. However, some customers have noted that the music is too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. Additionally, while the restaurant is marketed as a Dominican establishment, some customers have observed that the food and atmosphere do not seem entirely authentic.
