Terrible experience placed order online waiting 25 mins in the stall then went through the drive through told the associate that I was sitting in stall 5 he cut me off and said just give me your name and said pull to the window and cut me off extremely rude.

Girlfriends drink had multiple chunks of MOLD in it. She is immunocompromised. As if that werent enough we waited an hour for our food. We will be contacting corporate.
Waited an HOUR in the drivethru after ordering medium tots, a pretzel twist, and 4 chili cheese wraps. We specified MULTIPLE TIMES we wanted the FULL size wraps and not the juniors, and what do we get??? The juniors when we paid for the full size. Had to ask them to remake them.
Just moved out here and can without a doubt say we will NEVER be coming back here, especially after reading the COUNTLESS reviews about asinine wait times.
My go to place every morning( Will and other young lady sooooooo nice) dealt with the GM this morning and she was VERY unpleasant! FYI Apple Pay is ALWAYS not working must I add.

Been coming to this location for years. Ordered medium cherry limeade slushy and 5 peace chicken tenders through the app. Went to pick up the food at the counter like I've done countless times before. When I arrived I was consistently ignored for about 10 minutes before someone asked me what I was here for. Things went down hill from there. The manager ignored me when I asked to see them. I was told by one empty to cancel my order and then just to reorder it again. No one manned the counter. Finally I pointed to my order after waiting 10 minutes. Was given my food and left. I will not be returning to this Sonic location. A complete staff change is needed.

Very slow. This Sonic won’t deliver to the stalls.
I ordered two milk shakes on line, we waited 3O minutes for them. After we called the restaurant someone said they didn't have me order. Then when we finally got them they were melted and the top was not on one so it spilt all over me and my car. The order was wrong and when I told an employee she laughed and said, oh sorry. And gave me just a few napkins to clean up an entire milkshake from my car.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE ORDERING FROM SONIC ON LINE OR GO TO THIS HORRIBLY RAN LOCATION.
PLUS. THERE IS MO WAY TO CANCEL THE ORDER ONCE YOU SIT THERE FOR 39 MINUTES WITH MO RESPONSE FROM EMPLOYEES.
They don't even deserve a star.

I have been sitting in the stall waiting for my food for 30 minutes now and pushed the button- no one has come out. There are no other cars here… I ordered my food online on the app. This is unacceptable and I will not be coming back to this location.
Out of date card readers had to swipe and it didn’t work on 2 cards. No tap or insert chip on the registers. Seems like they were unprepared for anything because they did not have change at 10:30 am. Soda machine with refills was not working and we went to ask them for refill and they said you have to pay when the refill machine was right there accessible for customers to use but off or not working. Customer service was rude and judgement.

Tried the new smasher burger. It didn’t resemble anything like any of the advertisements. It had the wrong cheese, cheese wasn’t event melted and the burger was cold. Super disappointed for someone who’s never been to sonic.

Manager was very rude for no reason. Also, the place is very messy. There is a chicken tender underneath the air fryer from the night before. And the counter top is really sticky from ice cream. From God knows how many days ago? Manager needs to get it together and stop being rude to her customers. Complaint is also sent to corporate.
