Some of the friendliest baristas I've ever met! very polite, fun and they just make my day every visit. I used to get the same thing all the time, but through friendly chats & dairy swaps, I try new things all the time.
Service definitely could be better especially when they be rushing on mobile orders and not putting everyone in or on my drink like my cold foam and its happened a couple times I havent even gotten my money back and no I can't go back and get them to fix it because i be in the drive thru going to work and the line be wrapped around the building at certain times of the morning
I got Starbucks cause I’m having a bad day missing my mom, and the barista gave me the biggest most genuine smile and called me “love” and it genuinely made me cry a little. She had no idea, but she chose to be kind and have a sweet attitude, and it MADE MY DAY!
