I’ve never had a bad experience here until recently. The staff member at the drive thru window has a horrible attitude and acts as if she’s annoyed. I thought it was just a one time occurrence but it’s every time. It’s poor behavior and not what I’m used to when visiting Starbucks. This is the most convenient location but I will either go inside or visit another location going forward and if I do encounter her again will probably kindly recommend she at least smile at her customers.

Got a black tea & lemonade drink. Not bad, but I wish it had more of a caffeine kick. Staff was friendly and great.

Guy with the beard at the window is awesome!! Was having a bad day and he lightened the mood and was super quick, nice, and good small talker! Love this guy!
Service is routinely fast, but food is usually handed out sideways causing sandwiches to fall apart. The speaker is next to the trucking lanes making hearing difficult for all parties.

If you use the app to pick up in store, arrive a little earlier than usual. I used to place my order 15 minutes before picking up (despite the app saying it will only take a few minutes for it to be ready that's just not feasible or fair to the baristas), but now I place it 30 minutes prior & it still isn't ready when I get there & they ask me what my order is & make it then & there. They did remodel I think within the last year & I have noticed they have new baristas, so I totally understand that it takes time to get acclimated. I still love this location, the baristas are very nice, so hopefully they get a bit more organized. But in the meantime I will modify my pickup timing method.

I used to consider this location the best in the area, but my last two visits have completely changed my opinion. The customer service has been terrible.
Yesterday, I placed an order and specifically asked for extra caramel drizzle in the cup. When I received my drink at the drive up window, the cup was leaking, and to my surprise there was no drizzle at all. I brought this up to the barista and her response was curt, "Give it to me, I'll have it remade." her demeanor was unwelcoming and completely unapologetic.
When the drink was remade, it was overdone, with caramel completely drenching the cup. The lack of care and customer service is disappointing, and I can't see myself continuing to support a corporation that allows such poor standards.

Ordered 3 shaken espresso with an extra shot of espresso and all are watered down, doubt that there are any shots of espresso in any of them. Love Starbucks, but this was crazy.

Beware of this location. Someone has my debit card saved somewhere in that system. Whomever that person is, decides to treat themselves to a Carmel Crunch Frappuccino everyday using my card number, without my authoritarian. Check your bank statement to make sure, this is not happening to you. I called the store, they're is nothing that they can do. Was told to call my bank and take it up with then. People are jealous and envious of my spending my money to get coffee there. Get a better job, and you won't be. I work too hard, for someone thief, to be stealing what money that I do have. They should be fired.

No outdoor seating after 700pm due to dangers of the dark even upon request. All locked up. A different location may be safer.
