Ordered a trenta vanilla sweet cream iced cold brew. Recieved a watery coffee with no sweetener that tasted like regular drip coffee. Ordered at 4:40 with class at 5 so was unable to remake it. Was not given a refund.

I stopped by today with my family and quickly received our drinks. I would highly recommend this location to anyone near Old Dominion University’s campus as this one does take the Starbucks app so you can earn points and use eligible coupons.

Ordered a venti refresher with no ice , was served a half full drink which is not at all what i paid for. When I asked employee why my drink was not full, she had a nasty attitude which I did not appreciate. They did not even fix my problem, only gave me ice.

Fast service at freshmen orientation for ODU students. The order was accurate, hot and customer service was excellent!

Make sure your coffee is brewed fresh. I was served Pike’s Place medium roast that was pure sludge. Very disappointing considering there wasn’t another customer in there at 8am.
