I love coming to this Starbucks when visiting the base for school. The baristas are always friendly and nice. A few of them know I love cats and have taken to doodling cats on my cups. I enjoy seeing them!

Lately the line outside for drive-thru of this one has been so long it used to be quick it used to be easy but like two drinks took them 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru and they made my food before so by the time I actually got it, it was already cold. I just don't understand what's changed. I understand that Starbucks is an awful company and I don't really blame these workers but at the same time if you have a line for 25 minutes don't make the food at minute number two, as you can see the orders ahead of making them. I don't know maybe someone's just new

I’ve come here an handful of times and have noticed that every time one of the leads is working, the store is in high spirits and hard at work! I believe their name tag said Lu. My drink never came out wrong and the customer service they provided was exceptional. They’re very attentive and helpful whenever you need some order suggestions as well. If you ever find yourself here, ask for Lu if you want an easy experience!

Rude manager I was talking on the phone work related she asked me to lower it down. I lowered it down she comes back and said it needs to be the volume where she can’t hear it. Like come one? What’s the difference of me talking face to face to another person than it is to talk to someone over the phone? Asked her to show me policy she just said it’s a new one

This Starbucks is my favorite one in Norfolk and I go here all the time. I’d like to go here because some of the associates are just so funny and lively. When you go ask for Hunter and Mary because she is so full of life and is a real sweetheart, and Hunter is hysterical! Whenever my drink is wrong, they don’t hesitate to make me another one and I love them for this.

We were pretty disappointed when we received our drinks here. Mine was missing a quarter of the drink and my husband's was a little less. For the years of Starbucks I've had, this is a first. They then didn't mix our drinks and gave us a good punch in the mouth of grossness, which was pretty thoughtful of them. For how expensive this place is, this was pretty disappointing. I'll be avoiding this location and perhaps even Starbucks for a while because it's becoming less and less worth it. I will say that I'm obsessed with their White Mochas, I just didn't get to enjoy the last one...

OMG I went to Starbucks today and it was absolutely amazing. The two girls I did my order were absolutely the most amazing order takers ever. Tessa and Roxy. Tessa has the most beautiful voice, it placed a smile on my face and I’m still smiling and she took my order like 30 minutes ago. THANK YOUUU STARBUCKS 😊

I love this Starbucks location! Not only is it close to home, but it has been consistently good as far as quality and service. The workers are always so nice and welcoming, and the drinks I get are the best tasting I've had at any location. The baristas really know what they're doing! I frequent Starbucks much more often now because of this specific location!
