I ordered through Starbucks app for delivery twice and neither of my drinks were made correctly which was frustrating. I only ordered the second time in hopes that it would be made correctly. I also called the store to confirm that I would receive the customized Frappuccino that I ordered, instead of hot coffee that was first delivered. The Starbucks app automatically chose this location for delivery, but I prefer the other location on Northampton.

Stopped in at this Starbucks and had a great experience. The place is very clean and well-kept, which makes it a comfortable spot to grab a coffee or hang out for a bit. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they had my drink ready quickly—no long wait at all.
It’s nice to have a Starbucks that feels consistent and efficient while still offering a warm atmosphere. I’d definitely come back to this location.

I came in and ordered a venti Carmel Frappuccino with coconut milk and whipped cream also a bottle of water for 12.35 as my total and I’m seeing people come in with there orders wrong and making my order delayed and I’m probably here for 15+ minutes and I received and got a bad straw no Carmel drizzle and very short staffed 3 workers maximum

They like to prepare drinks without using gloves. Not sure why any restaurant would feel, think, believe this is appropriate.

I recently visited Starbucks and had a very frustrating experience with my matcha drink. I requested extra matcha powder to make it thicker, knowing it wouldn’t increase the sweetness due to them switching to a less sweet version of the powder. However, when I received my drink, it tasted completely off.
When I returned to the counter to express my concerns, the barista insisted I was mistaken. I realized it was just matcha powder with milk, and they had forgotten the sweetener. Suddenly, another employee rushed over with a cup containing the four pumps of liquid sweetener needed for a venti drink and handed it to me. After arguing with me for several more minutes, they finally offered to remake my drink, but I was hesitant to accept that, fearing they might do something to it. Instead, I decided to add the sweetener myself.
To my dismay, I noticed the staff huddled in the back, whispering and looking at me, which made me very uncomfortable. Frustrated by the whole situation, I left the store and tossed my drink because I didn’t want it anymore, especially after being made to feel like I was in the wrong.
I expect better customer service from this establishment. This experience left me feeling dismissed and unsatisfied. I hope they take these concerns seriously and provide their employees with a refresher in customer service.

The worst customer service. I ordered a green tea Frappuccino. They made it with more milk and tasted water down. I asked for them to remake it. The lady remade it and placed something in my drink that burns my mouth. She made the drink so horrible I couldn't drink it. Beware if you asked to remake drinks here. Better to just ask for a return. If I have go to urgent care for the burn in my mouth I will sue this Starbucks for poisoning me.

Not normally a fan of Starbucks but this was best drip coffee I've had in a long time. The staff appear to love show tunes and movie musicals making it a family friendly vibe too 😀🎤👍

This is one of the few Starbucks that I still patronize. I always get my lunchtime black coffee here and the staff is always pleasant.

Every time I come here it’s always great service. I can’t say anything about the food cause I only get coffee. And yes they do get really busy but what do you expect when you are at the outlet mall with ALOT of people and the holidays come around. It’s not the employees fault they get slammed. I love the service here. They are all amazing. Today I went and I had an associate Tee I believe her name was and she was very fantastic. Very nice and her customer service was fantastic as well. She’s really great at multitasking to. Thank you TEE. and all Starbucks employees. I know your jobs aren’t easy and you deal with A HOLE CUSTOMERS, but stay amazing. Yall got this and there’s those of us who thank you for what you do and being rock stars
