Employee Ryan had the wrong attitude when asked about the app. This location seemingly keep “system down” in order to avoid military personnel benefiting from online purchase prices. It’s disgusting to think that they’re exploiting our active duty, veteran and retiree’s on base…
The food is good but they are really light of the vegetables, and heavy on the sauces. They even give you smaller meat amounts now. They are also having health issues with bread as per the news, and if it's not healthy, then what's the point. The service is fast, and the people are friendly, and you have self checkout, and they remember your order, and that's the only positives I can think of. I ordered a footlong with extra everything on flat bread.

They don't tell you they don't have ice for drinks then are rude when you ask about it. Also they put your food is done when it's not.

Prices have gone sky high, while quality has not increased at all. Very sad because Subway used to be much more affordable. The ordering kiosks are nice.

They got my order wrong, didn’t cut my sandwich in half, and made the sandwich super messy with the condiments getting on everything.

I mean. Maybe ok. But getting "sorry boss closed up" 20 minutes before closing doesn't drive me to test whether they are good or not. Who care though when they are one of the last places to eat or station though?

Shouldn't offer salad if thry just throw everything on top. Cheese is just thrown in nothing us cut... impossible to eat as a salad and I paid 20$
This is my second time coming to this subway and I eat at subway fairly often but this is probably the worse one I’ve been too, the bread seemed as if it was still raw and the chicken tasted like it’s been out for weeks
Sandwich was OK, they put the wrong sauce on one of mine, not a big deal but, it's okay to order from.

Out of the 4 times that I've been there so far, one time their store hours are written wrong, another time the system was down so I can't get my sandwich and was charged for it, another time they are unable to make hot sandwiches. It's just one thing or another wrong with this establishment, and not consistent at all for an enjoyable dining experience. I gave it 2 stars because I was able to get my order done right 2 out of 4 times. The time when their system was down, the employee told me after that they tried to call me and someone answered and told them they did not order Subway, but I actually physically went to the store to pick it up, and did not receive any text or calls, so I highly suspect that they did whatever they said
