Food was great! The indoor waterfall and pond was very nice. The service was half-par. We ordered some some of our items (namely miso soup, wasabi, beer) twice because they never came the first time. The soup didnt come the 2nd time either. Our server Kelli) stopped by to see if we wanted to order more dishes, without realizing we never got the previous order of dishes. We had to remind her.

Looking at it from the outside you would never believe it look that beautiful on the inside. This was my second time having sushi king but my first time at this location. The first one I went to was out Virginia Beach close by Centerville turnpike. It was ok,but the one in downtown norfolk was so much better!

Sushi King has honestly become one of my family’s favorite spots. Seriously… where else can you get amazing sushi for around $25? The quality for the price is unreal.
If you have picky kids who won’t eat sushi, no worries at all. Their meals are about $12 and they have chicken nuggets, French fries, and corn dogs. Or even better, just order the hibachi steak without veggies and boom... happy kid. You can even grab them ice cream and call it a win.
