I never give reviews unless it’s a good review. But, I ordered a few things. 2 items were missing and the other has chicken in my veggie bowl. They only got the soda right.
I’ve had an issue with them before giving me someone else’s order.

Walked in and walked out this place it was filthy at 10 AM in the morning entryway lobby as well as the bathroom was not clean. This Just let me know if you cannot keep a clean restaurant that means that your food handlers are not clean and sanitize as well.

Ordered my food hours before closing through the app. Got there less than 5 minutes later and the girl there said they already closed their kitchen. When I told her I already ordered and paid she closed the window and proceeded to ignore me. I did not get my money back or my food. The workers from the night need to be fired and this problem needs to be fixed

I usually love Taco Bell, but this location needs to get on the same page with the rest of the chain. An item that’s clearly marked as discounted in the Taco Bell app (and available at other stores for that price) wasn’t honored here. The staff told me it wasn’t discounted, even though the promotion was running everywhere else.

It’s frustrating when the brand says one thing and the store does another—it makes customers feel misled. Hopefully management can fix this so pricing is consistent with the app and other Taco Bell locations.

If you order from this location, do not get it from a delivery app. They will routinely either refuse to make orders from the apps, and then lie to drivers that they have already been picked up by another dasher, or they are just giving orders out to anyone who pulls up without confirming that they are the correct customer. Has happened to me multiple times at this location specifically.
