I come here almost weekly, but I'm extremely disappointed with The Banque's conduct of business on 7/2/2026. There was a power outage that night; we were told to leave and that we could not close out our tab due to outage. This included not being able to receive a receipt for my tab. My server was able to show me my tab on a tablet, but could not give me a receipt. At that point, I wrote the total in my notes so that I could give our server a tip for the service next...
I’ve been a regular at The Banque for almost a year now, and I’ve always had a great experience. Last week, there was an unfortunate situation that was completely out of their control, they lost power along with much of the Little Creek area. I was genuinely impressed by how professionally the staff handled everything despite the circumstances. Seeing how calm, accommodating, and customer-focused they remained only gave me even more respect for this establishment....
I love hanging out with my family here at the banquet! The audio sound quality of the stereos are amazing! As well as the food service! I really think that the servers do a great job at taking care of everyone’s meal.
