Fantastic time. Solid drinks. From the Brussel sprouts (my kid loved them) to the burgers. Amazing fries. The atmosphere was chill and over server was so engaging. I wish we lived closer cause this would be our weekly spot.

J-Bone is one of the most charismatic and charming bartenders I've ever had. Went on a Friday at 2 pm and enjoyed drinks, apps and entree. I was on the hunt for a place with a mellow vibe and to not be rushed. Barrel room was exactly that. Did you know they have magic on Monday?! I didn't either. Can't wait to go back and partake. The Gouda bacon jam dip was fantastic!

Great Service, but Food Missed the Mark

My party and I visited The Border Room in Chesapeake this past Sunday evening. I must start by saying that the service was truly exceptional; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in.

Unfortunately, the food itself was quite marginal. We were hoping for a bit more flavor and quality, especially given how great the front-of-house service was. As for...
