In the time it would take you to drive somewhere better, and get your food, you'd still be waiting here.The Breakfast scramble burger was so greasy the bun was soaked and soggy.The egg white rancho melt portions were smaller than advertised. The eggs were watery and the sandwich fell apart.While waiting for our orders one employee was screeching orders for the whole restaurant to hear. And the cook took a phone call, argued loudly and aggressively, then proceeded to continue cooking without switching out gloves.

Went here for a quick dinner before a show. They had plenty of staff working behind the counter. Food was good, seasoned well and tasted fresh. Service was incredibly slow. I had a burger with fries, and then a side order of fries. It took 17 minutes to get my order. The person calling out the orders wasn’t talking to the kitchen which slowed down the food getting to customers.

Also slow even when THEY are slow. Placed a grubhub said ready in 10 left after 10 minutes and they call and say they are out. We get there almost 30 minutes after placing order and still not ready. I don’t recommend going here unless you live close or an odu student. The wait is always ridiculous.

I waited 45 minutes for my food and never received it. There was no lemonade available in the machine and there was also no forks. Apparently they were “short staffed” but customers were not made aware of this upon entrance. Several customers walked out before me, it was ridiculous.

The place is disgusting. The staff rarely cleans the eating area and don't keep stuff stocked unless the customers beg them to. The food is decent but that's about it. It took me 2 hours to get my food so if you don't mind any of these inconveniences for ok food then this is the place for you.
The service is very questionable, somedays the service is average and other days it's below average. They never have the ingredients or supplies to make what's on the menu most of the times, which is a disappointment. Also, you might not find out they don't have the ingredients for your menu item until you receive half made food. If it wasn't for it being on campus, I more than likely would never go to this establishment.

Rude as always :/ nothing new. Only going back cause it’s one of the few places open late. But they take forever. And just straight up have very rude attitudes towards customers. I’m surprised it hasn’t been corrected after all their poor reviews

Food is awesome! Would give it 5 stars but the service was lacking severely. It's one thing to be understaffed that's fine but they didnt greet anyone or have hospitality. Maybe it was a bad night idk but I still give them 4 stars!
