Such a cool place. I saw it in the Food Network Channel and have been wanting to try it. Came up from Florida today and finally got a “Dirty Bird”. Having lived in both Buffalo and Rochester- it completely made sense to me and it was delicious!!
The food was great, but the service truly stood out. Our server, Shane, was exceptional. I’m usually very particular about service, and he exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. His outstanding service made the entire dining experience memorable.
Casey was our wait staff in the Norfolk location.’ She was incredibly helpful in our placing our order and was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Rarely have we found someone so accommodating and making us feel glad we came. Our order came out from new kitchen staff under training not satisfactorily and she immediately insisted on replacing our order. She was phenomal in her service above and beyond.
