My sister and I found The Grilled Cheese Bistro from Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. We sat outside and enjoyed our meal!

The Grilled Cheese Bistro is hands down one of the best comfort food spots in Norfolk! The sandwiches are creative, packed with flavor, and way beyond your average grilled cheese. They use high-quality ingredients, and every bite is cheesy perfection. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, and the staff is always welcoming and attentive. Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or one of their gourmet creations, you really can’t go wrong. Perfect place for a satisfying meal and definitely worth coming back to again and again!

We got the shrimp Mac n cheese grilled cheese and the bruschetta grilled cheese. The bruschetta was our favorite and it was so delicious and flavorful and was even better on focaccia bread.

Fun take on a classic sandwich. After being told by multiple coworkers and friends about the place, I was able to try it myself. The fries were flavorful to the point where I didn’t need the aioli. Sandwiches are filling and play with flavor combinations.

Definitely worth all the hype! A small restaurant in downtown Norfolk. The inside seating is communal style, so everyone sets together. The watermelon Agua Fresca was soooo good! We ordered 2. I was skeptical about the menu, which has many different grilled cheese sandwiches to choose from. And they have specials not on the menu as well. I ordered the meat head sandwich, and my friend ordered the mac-n-cheese one( can't think of the name of it). Oh my goodness, these sandwiches are great! Huge and absolutely delicious. The bread is so good, rich and buttery all by itself. Grilled to perfection. And the fries! You want the garlic parmesan fries! Fresh parmesan on top of hand-cut fries! The best. Definitely going back

Lovely grilled cheese and nice wait staff.
However, incredibly disappointed in the fried pickles. You get three spears. $7 for fried pickles and I don't even get a whole pickle???

In what world would I have known I could just ask for more food for no extra cost? And if you can provide this food for no extra cost, then why don't you just include it anyway?? This response by the restaurant makes no sense.

Delicious! We got the tasting board, which we loved and it was great to try a few things crafted together. We also got the the lobster Mac & cheese grilled cheese special. The sandwiches are huge and can be split between two people. Our server, Evisa, was lovely. She recommended the Biscoff cheesecake, which we got to go and enjoyed later.
