Two very kind and friendly folks were working here when I came in on a Sunday morning. Inside is small, but cozy enough to settle in with a beverage and and a meal. The pistachio latte was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The lox bagel with greens was delicious, fresh, and filling.

I stopped by Town Center Cold Pressed in Ghent around 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon, about 30 minutes before closing. I honestly only walked in because I wanted to check the place out and had no real plans to order anything, but I’m glad I did!

First, the space itself is really cool. It has a darker, industrial feel with wood accents that fits right in with the Ghent vibe. It’s a nice little spot with a lot of character.

B2 lox pairing the salmon with whipped avocado cream cheese plus nori flakes and sesame seeds is inspired. Truly fantastic and very reasonably priced. I loved that I could just order a half bagel. Great mix of drink options.
