Great experience! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the veggie bagel sandwich was delicious. The coffe is great, too! Nice lighting, good atmosphere. A little noisy because it's inside of a hotel. Will definitely be back here!

Extremely rude woman with a nose ring won't answer you and just looks at you like an alien when you say good morning. Coffee is typically cold, but they don't tell you until you have already bought it. Lame place, hard pass.

Supposed to open at 7. Watched Barista make her own drink until 7:02, then the lights come on. 7:09 before order screens are turned on or register is available to take orders. Acted inconvenienced when I needed help with the card scanner on the touch order screen. Looking for a quick cup of coffee? Don’t go here. Terrible service.
The order- my coffee, simple coffee with coconut milk. Cup comes out half full. lol. Can’t make this stuff up. That’s said, Pistachio late was good. Only reason for the two stars v. One star.

This place is awesome! Got lost trying to find it, but I was taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. The service was friendly, generous, and with great energy! They even remade my drink when I forgot to ask for half the pumps. I'm making this my go-to coffee shop. Also the lox bagel is a definite must-try.

Can no longer use your coffee mug. only sugar is Splenda. Need to find another coffee shop. These guys are slacking.

Stopped for a quick bite. Menu is very inventive with lovely combinations. The team working were all very nice and helpful.If you haven’t had Vietnamese coffee before get that in cold brew- it’s worth the calories. Sorry, no pic of bagel sandwich I had to dig in!

Located inside the lobby of the Hilton. Friendly service. Great tasty juices and shots. Probably the best Bagel egg sandwich I’ve ever had!!!
