Hubby and I needed a quick bite to eat. The lady at the register was just filling in for her daughter. Olive was the nicest lady to talk to. We both ordered the same exact thing. We ordered a salmon lox bagel sandwich and a bohemian colada. Both of them were delicious!! Our sandwich had salmon lox, dill cream cheese, pickled onions, egg, tomato and greens. Our smoothie had pineapple juice, almond milk, mango, coconut, and agave. We sat next to the window overlooking downtown Norfolk with the warm sun shining on us. It was a great.

Excellent coffee and delicious food. When I stay at the hotel, this is my go-to for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Everyone is very nice and welcoming, a must-try if you're staying at the hotel or in the area.
A few people complained in reviews that the wait time was long and the place replied that they recommend ordering through their app so it’s quicker. So that’s exactly what we did. The app said the wait time is about 10min, so we ordered and slowly walked out of our nearby hotel, and got to the place about 15min later. We still waited another 15-20min for our order. My husband politely asked one of the guys that worked there, thinking that maybe they didn’t get our order, or they forgot etc, but he very rudely answered with “can’t you see that we’re a little busy here”.Good food, but rude staff.

I went here twice during my stay at the Hilton. I ordered two iced lattes, a cocomocha and a creamy caramel. Both very good. The bacon on the BEC bagel was slightly undercooked and they didn’t put a lot of toppings on the strawberry bagel. The large latte is the size of a medium at Dunkin or SB and the price is significantly higher. These were both to be expected d/t location and quality of food and coffee. Obviously everything in Norfolk could be cheaper, but I’m just poor so I won’t knock them for that.
