The food was not as good as I anticipated. The chicken just tasted like burnt, but wasn't, like the hotplate wasn't being clean. The teriyaki sauce was too loose, if I had known I wouldn't had agreed to extra, which was offered but not told to me there would be a dollar charge. I paid 75 cent for yum yum sauce, it was not yum yum. It was salad dressing mix with something else. And 5.99 for instant boba... which was disgusting.

Great Value for the price! Portion was generous. Chicken Teriyaki was tender and vegetables were perfect, sauce is amazing. Why anyone would give less than 5 stars is ridiculous!

I honestly don't know why this place gets so much hate. I came here yesterday for my lunch break and got the chicken katsu which was $13 and was VERY satisfied it's so sweet and savory and much better than all the chicken katsu I've had. The employees don't really talk much but that isn't much a issue for me since they were busy. Stop complaining about portions or prices when you're the same exact person that spends $12 for a Hennessy or patron shot buy a expensive game .

Absolutely terrible, Very small portion compared to other teriyaki spots , under cooked rice, out of half the stuff on the menu. Chicken was actually decent but I’m a grown man and could have used more than 4oz of chicken. Won’t be coming back!!

I really wanted to like the Thai iced tea that I purchased from here but it was so watery. I got my daughter a strawberry and banana smoothie and it was so hard to get the boba through the straw. It wasn't terrible I just didn't enjoy it much. Customer service was awesome though. The woman who took our order was so nice and had the sweetest smile.

My food was cooked fresh,the chicken was seasoned perfectly and the vegetables were cooked just like I like them not mushy and overcooked. They give you a large portion. It was my first time going and I will definitely be back.
