I come here to work and it’s a perfect place to focus or have a meeting. The music is low and the lights are bright. The staff is sweet and efficient. They have the BEST BAGELS IN THE CITY. Period.

Only got cappuccino here, not food. The cappuccino was one of the best I’ve had in awhile, very smooth and flavorful. Service was ok, unfortunately the barista was masked, had a hoodie and cap on and long hair that covered everything so I didn’t really see who made my coffee but like I’ve said, coffee was delicious 😄…maybe the barista wasn’t feeling good! Although this place sells some pastries I got mine from next door!

Edit: a refund would make the experience of customer service a bit better. I’ll update should it not go through. Thanks for the reply. I picked this place for its curbside pickup option. I waited outside and called the phone number and texted through the website. I eventually walked in to see my coffee sitting there ice melting. I tipped 18% for two mediocre coffees and stunned employees. 25 bucks. That’s insane. Don’t waste your time if you are in a hurry or you can’t get out because of a disability.

They roast there at that location. So the coffee is as good as it gets!

My new favorite coffee spot! The mood is amazing, the baristas were super helpful answering questions on flavor and process, and made great recommendations! Everyone that came in was greeted like an old friend, and the food looked amazing! Finding a place that's a good blend of great coffee, good staff, and fun mood can be tough, but Vessel nails it! Can't wait to come back!

Love this spot! Little hole in the wall coffee shop in Chelsea. Love their coffees and I get their baked goods and breakfast when I go. The place is spacious so doesn’t feel too crowded.
