The sandwiches are not good enough to justify their service model. You can only order through a kiosk or through a QR code and on the payment screen it automatically adds a 15% tip that you have to manually remove if you do not wish to tip for the service you did not receive.

This place is delicious! The bread tastes incredibly fresh and is so light and fluffy. She runs the whole operation solo, and we only waited about 15 minutes for four sandwiches. Best sandwich shop ever!
