I don’t know what is going on currently, but the manager is failing. I don’t know his name because there is no name tag. The customer care was not present. The kid who work there was playing around with his friends in the lobby. Freestyle machine out of ice and all the drinks are de carbonated if they are carbonated drinks. The food the fries were fine everything else bad and I only order the jbc bag because what I wanted would have been a problem.

Be extremely careful when entering the building. The floor is extremely slippery. No ice in the freestyle machine. No ketchup. Drinks had no CO2….. DO BETTER

I waited over 6 minutes in drive thru for them to finally yell back to come back in 10 to 15 minutes due to shift change. It's honestly ridiculous! Not just that she could have been polite but decided to yell at me. Will absolutely never recommend or come to this location

I go there pretty much everyday on my break from take 5 across the street. The last 4 times something’s always forgotten. Sauce, napkins, nuggets, and now my fries today at 2:50x it seems like when Mya isn’t working there. People just don’t care. It’s making it very hard for me to go back. Because it’s quick and cheap, but when things are forgotten. It isn’t worth the price

This Wendy's is horrible. The hand full of times I've stopped by its always something going on. One time they had no ice.. another time you had to pay cash only this time they got my order wrong, sauce wrong, and gave me a large beverage 2/3 full. Never said hello, manager handed me my food never looked my way nor did he stop having the conversation that he was having. Smh, so much wrong with this location. No hospitality what so ever. Avoid if you can.
