I stood at the counter for 2 minutes while the employees engaged in conversation away from the counter before my presence was acknowledged. This, despite at least one of them, saw me standing there. The customer service person who took my order barely spoke above a whisper and seemed annoyed that I broke up their conversation. As soon as she placed my son's food on the counter, she proceeded to "play" on her smartphone and was totally disengaged from her job.

This Wendy's is horrible. The hand full of times I've stopped by its always something going on. One time they had no ice.. another time you had to pay cash only this time they got my order wrong, sauce wrong, and gave me a large beverage 2/3 full. Never said hello, manager handed me my food never looked my way nor did he stop having the conversation that he was having. Smh, so much wrong with this location. No hospitality what so ever. Avoid if you can.
