I called the Dominos at Newtown Rd Norfolk VA, and they said they were the store at Independence Blvd Virginia Beach after I gave the order number and the items too - they said they never got the order. The guy I spoke with said that “…we were VERY VERY busy” like that is supposed to affect me in some negative way. MY ORDER WILL BE REPLACED TWO TIMES FREE OF CHARGE for this poor excuse for customer service. You have my information.
Every time, they make my pizza perfectly!
I waited over two hours for my delivery order, only for the store to cancel it without notifying me. I called twice during that time for updates. The first time, I was told my order was in the oven. The second time, I was told it was on the way. However, when I called a third time about 30 minutes later, I was told the order had actually been cancelled because they were unable to fulfill it.
