I called the Dominos at Newtown Rd Norfolk VA, and they said they were the store at Independence Blvd Virginia Beach after I gave the order number and the items too - they said they never got the order. The guy I spoke with said that “…we were VERY VERY busy” like that is supposed to affect me in some negative way. MY ORDER WILL BE REPLACED TWO TIMES FREE OF CHARGE for this poor excuse for customer service. You have my information.
I placed my order at 7:30 pm. It’s 10:30 pm as I’m writing this and I have still not received my order. I’m sleepy, I have work in the morning. I kept telling my daughter food was coming and now she’s asleep with an empty stomach.
I've lived in this delivery area twice now in the last 10 years and I've NEVER had food as FRESH as I had just now! In no way am I saying that my food was bad any time before, but this prompted a review from me immediately! This location is typically slammed because of such a large area to cover and the staff goes above and beyond. I know the delivery crew by name at this point after years of being a loyal customer. Be patient and I promise you won't be disappointed!

Domino's Pizza offers fresh and timely delivery, with accurate orders every time. The pizza is always good, featuring options like thin crust cheese, BBQ bacon chicken melt, and cheese pizza with light cheese. The garlic seasoned crust is a kid-friendly favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful, with expertise in making pizza that is properly cooked, soft, and crunchy. While pasta dishes may not always meet expectations, the pizza remains a reliable choice. Customers have praised the service, noting that the food has been perfect during multiple visits.
