“Best brisket and ribs I have had since moving to Richmond. Tender and juicy, and I even enjoyed the sauce. And I like that you can taste the smoke, not just smell it (it's a Chicago thing). I loved the Texas caviar. And the cornbread...OMG.❤ My go-to for BBQ here now, and it's less than 5 minutes from my house. Definitely recommend.“

“This is new ownership and a new beginning. I wished they brought in new furniture instead of using the old stuff. The ice machine and the coke machine are still having issues like before. I will give them a second chance but they need to really focus on the atmosphere and keeping everything working so you can truly enjoy your meal. It’s going to take some time for the new staff to learn how to roll a Burrito so be patient with everyone. The food was good but we had a bunch of stale chips in our bag, they will improve on this as well. I will update once I go back again in a couple of weeks. Good luck new owners“

“The food was alright, they had a good selection and I really enjoyed the vegetarian tacos I ordered. The meat tacos my husband ordered weren’t anything special. Honestly, they are a bit pricey for what they are compared to other taco shops.“
