Horrible customer service. Tres Machos left out corn tortillas from my friend’s chori pollo order and also gave us 2 oz of salsa with a full bag of chips. There’s no option to order salsa on their website so you’d think they would give enough for the 3 meals ordered. 2 oz isn’t even enough 1 person.
We called to ask how we can correct this, and I explained that no salsa ruins the entire meal. They said they don’t have the code to credit the order. They hung up...read full review
