CHIVAS 12 YR
Chivas Regal is a world-famous Scotch blend which was first made in the early 20th century by Chivas Brothers. Selling luxury food, coffee and spices, it wasn't until half a century later that the company started to make whisky, and then not until post-US Prohibition that Chivas Regal 12 Year Old was first officially released. F. Paul Pacult described Chivas Regal 12 as "the blend for grown-ups", awarding it an impressive 9 out of 10. It's a very apt statement - this is a very refined blended whisky, with herbs, honey and fruit leaping forth on the palate. The food was great, but the service was absolutely terrible. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday, and what should have been a special night was overshadowed by how poorly we were treated. We sat for 15 minutes before our waitress even came over to greet us, and after she took our order, we barely saw her for the rest of the night. Our table was left covered in empty, dirty dishes the entire time, with no effort to clear them or check on us. It’s disappointing...

Mama Tigre is an interesting concept, and I have to give them credit for combining Indian and Mexican flavors in a way that actually makes sense. It's not a combination you see everywhere, and that was probably the most interesting part of the experience for me. Unfortunately, the food itself was just okay. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing really stood out or made me want to order it again either. Service was also pretty slow, although it seemed like they might have...

Amazing fusion of Mexican and Indian Cuisine. Love the Tikka Masala flavors in burrito and many vegetarian options are available. Paneer kati roll is very very good. Go to spot if we're craving Mexican food with a bit of desi-ness.
