Accidentally came here looking for the plant store in Occoquan by a similar name. I felt bad for the mistake so decided to make a purchase anyway. I was very pleasantly surprised by this adorable shoppe. I ended up with two teas, a tea mug, and some candies, because I couldn’t resist. All fabulous. Until today, I had ordered my loose leaf tea from an online tea store, but Leaf and Petal seems to have just as many delicious and UNIQUE flavors that I have now made them my official tea supplier. The candies I picked up are a mild black licorice fruit candy. Unlike anything I’ve ever tried, and I’m afraid I’m hooked. Absolutely stellar customer service as well - the employees were very kind and extremely patient to explain everything. Will absolutely be back.

Even though it is a little bit of a drive for us, love going here.
The new place gives you plenty of room to walk around.

Such a nice and cozy shop with many different types & blends of teas and herbs, each with well described health benefits. The staff there are very welcoming and helpful. The coconut crush that I tried is flavorful.

Super cute little place, and Maeve really did a great job telling us all about the available products we were interested in. It was really fun to look at all the teas and knickknacks in the store. Very cozy place great for little gifts or the exact tea you're looking for. There is a wide variety!

The most amazing shop!! For those of us who are starting our tea/holistic journey this is the perfect place to start. Not only is the staff there so positive and kind but extremely helpful. There has not been a random question that’s popped into my mind that they haven’t at least tried to help me answer. They have a life long customer here!!! That’s for sure!!

I’ve visited here twice and I had a great experience! The workers were very kind and patient while helping me. The teas are actually really good and they have a super wide selection.

We visit this store often and spend $50-$80 every time. Today the store was busy with only one employee. Waited 25 mins for our turn but was rushed because there was children running around,not mine. I asked if my daughter could use the bathroom and she said it was for employees only when we have used the bathroom there before. I get having an employee only bathroom but when we waited for over 25 mins in there just to buy something and in the middle of a transaction my child needs to go to the bathroom , what would you like me to do ? Just disappointed in the level of customer service today.

An adorable tea shop in adorable Occoquan! Aside from a wide variety of wonderful loose leaf teas, they have lots of tea-related items such as infusers, tumblers, and stickers, making it a great local gift shop for tea enthusiasts! The lady working that day was so nice and knowledgeable, she happily guided me with my tea selection. I purchased two packets of loose leaf and ordered a hot cup to go--all were delicious! Of course I didn't take any pictures, so you will have go there and see how cute the shop is for yourself ;)

Greatest Gem I have found, this place is definitely one of my happiest places. Lots of fresh teas and herbs, I have witnessed them refreshing their stocks after the smell had become less fragrant. They have candles and tea pots and essential oils, my friend always goes crazy over their stickers table. I try to come at least once a month, it is always worth the journey. The staff are so welcoming, patient and warm. I love restocking my tea supplies and trying new flavors with my little sister and my husband. After 3 years they are finally able to serve tea as well!! You can bring your own mug or thermos and fill it with a nice hot cup of a tea of your choosing. Definitely a place to visit! There are sitting areas outside, you can sip leisurely with a good book. My favorite thing to do when l make the trip is to pair a tea with a baked good from the local bakery and visit the ducks. It really is a peaceful place. Thank you for your services! I wish there was a location closer but im grateful this place exists. Cheers!
