Mi Jalisco Mexican Family Restaurant

So first time order. My wife doesn’t eat beef but our chicken salad came half beef and half chicken (so bonus point for at least getting half right). We also order an extra bag of chips. 1.50 above and beyond to make sure we had extra chips to go with our $5 cheese dip. So they proceed to give us half a bag of chips, that was extra, to go with our $40 order. Which I am assuming is the $1.50 chips I bought. So ordering cheese dip obviously gets you zero chips. Ordering food obviously gives you zero chips. (To go with the free oz of salsa). Then the person argues and borderline refuses to give any other chips. In the end one guy did come out and give an extra half bag. This place may be good to go sit in and eat. That way you can send your food back and maybe find something to dip in all the sauces you buy. Will not be back.

First time I have been disappointed here. Food was not as good as normal. Service was lacking. The table was sticky and there was a terrible odor in the dining area. Not up to the standard i am used to here.

Great food. Great service. Quick turnaround. Decent prices. Easy to access and easy to park with a trailer. Highly recommend.

While the food was good and the service was prompt, it was hard to enjoy our meal due to the loud acoustics. They were blaring loud, mariachi music so it was hard to carry on a conversation at dinner. Why do restaurants feel the need to blare music.

Pretty good. Cooks need to ease up on the salt. I like salt but they are too heavy with it. No toothpicks….every restaurant should have toothpicks.

Amazing food. Best I've eaten in Richmond area. Wish I could have given a higher rating than 5. Definitely will be back!!!
