A true gem of Eastern Shore of Virginia. The people are very nice. And their donuts and pastries are literally scrumptious! If you're in the area please stop by they also have homemade hard candy that's all natural.
The Corner Bakery makes amazing pies and sweet potato rolls. We were so impressed with their customer service with our Thanksgiving order. There was a blip with the order but they more than accommodated us in a most generous and timely way. We highly recommend themđź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Ź. They do right by their customers.
Great food but the worst experience ever yesterday morning (and this was not the first time with this employee)..I came in the door and one employee yelled to the back that a customer was here (not complaining about that at all)…the phone was ringing and had rung about 10 times and the woman that had came out was clearly in a very bad mood- she grabbed the phone and without saying hello or anything just says “can I put you on hold PLEASE” but it was far from in a kind way....
