“Fantastic wines and very friendly people. We were lured in by a cute social media post, and we’re very glad we came. Where they deviate from traditional winemaking methods, it’s because of the peculiarities of Virginia’s terroir and climate. The tasting menu skews toward reds, so if you’re a white/sweet drinker, their offerings may not be your first choice. Even if that’s the case, I recommend a visit.“

“Had a great time at Patch! I can recommend the mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings very tasty and cooked perfectly. I’m diabetic so I had the light beer and I must say it had more flavor than any light beer I’ve had! Two thumbs up.“
“Love the beautiful scenery here and delicious food, but the best part is the homemade ice creams and sorbets with flavors that rotate seasonally. Afterwards you can take a nice walk as this property connects to James Madison’s Montpelier. A favorite of mine to visit in the warmer months.“

“Excellent food but service is lacking. Rarely saw waitress. Had to goto the bar to request refills on soda. Only time saw waitress wad when ordered food, brought appetizer, and the check. Wait for food was a bit long but food was worth the wait.“

“My now fiancé and I came to Vintage for our two year anniversary. He asked for a private space in order to propose. The accommodated it all! Including putting our names and congratulating us on our anniversary on the menus. They gave us the menus to take home. They made it such a special night!“
