Aleta helped us with everything for a fabulous Saturday nite Graduation dinner and then when we found out our lodging was cancelled at another discredited business - Aleta jumped into action and secured rooms for my family of 20 to have places to sleep. Mountain Lake Lodge not only saved the day but made it Magical. Any Virginia Tech families should seriously consider Mountain lake lodge as their first choice for family time.”

The meals and bakery items are always delicious and everyone working there is so friendly and amazing! There are new specialty menu items on a regular basis so stopping in once a week you can find something that you haven't tried before and I can say I've never had anything I didn't fully enjoy. “Melissa and her staff always bring a smile. If you are a regular, she knows your order before you have a chance to tell her. Not sure what to order? Their suggestions are spot on. I love the type of ice she uses as it holds up to the summer heat. I've had some sno-cones with a different texture of ice, maybe "more shaved" if that is a thing and I had all syrup in no time. Love the variety of flavors and suggested combos! Two thumbs up!!”

“We had a appointment nearby and wanted a quick bite before heading home. I am a “pizza snob” and prefer thick crust pizza, but this thinner crust was delicious. My wife had a Margarita pizza and loved it. I had the interesting steak and chimichuri pizza and it was delicious. Our server was very obliging and friendly. We would return here!”

“I had been hiking the A/T and arrived at the trail head just before sun set, exhausted and hungry i set up my tent and decided to see if anyone would deliver pizza. Much to my delight Pizza Plus would and did deliver. The food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner with a friendly demeanor.”

“I've been eating at this restaurant for six or seven years. The service has always been superb. Lately I've been getting two filet of fish with added lettuce, excellent choice. Sandwichs are perfect except the one bun is almost burnt.”
