“We stayed there this weekend for our anniversary. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Unfortunately it was cold & blustery which made it hard to be outside for to long. They are currently having their Christmas village with other out activities. The amount of money we paid for the weekend was overpriced for what we got. The food as it was good, again it was overpriced. If you happen to stay in the lodge, make sure you take stuff to keep you entertained, as many rooms don’t have a tv & if you want a hot shower, the morning was a better choice, as we had Luke warm water at night to shower. You’re paying the higher price, simply because the movie had SOME parts filmed there. Maybe a stay in the warmer months would be better, but I would make sure it’s not in the dead of summer or make sure that the room you choose has ac!“
