IYKYK the food quality depend on the day and who's working lol. On a good fresh day it's 5 stars and your order will be accurate. Other days you don't know what's gonna be in the box lol. Still gonna eat it because it's Church's, we know what we signed up for. Today was one of those iffy days. Not on the safest side of petersburg, but the staff treat all customers with awareness and care. They know the risk I take being around and want to make sure I have a good experience and keep my well-being in check.

I can’t give them nothing less than a 5 star. I must have went on a great day. So, let’s get into it….

Pros: Customer Service was awesome.
They were out of original breast and they actually asked if I wanted spicy(normally a place will just give you whatever).
Our food was FRESH & HOT
The mashed potatoes were my best part

Cons: It took us 20 mins to get through the drive thru with 5 cars ahead of me.
