I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!

Drive-thru time is excessive. Food is okay, a little messy, but sometimes it's cold in the bag when they hand it to me. If we're making a point to wait in a 15+ minute line, the food should probably be pretty hot when we get it. There's a Wendy's next door, there's very little reason to wait for Hardees food unless there's something specific you're wanting. There's a taco place next to Wendys, doesn't have a drive-thru but you can park,...

I love Hardee's breakfast the best,but the one on Crater road, one the store need to be updated on the outside and maybe on the inside too. Service sucks, I don't know if it's because they don't have any help or what, but the food has always been fresh. Just pick up the drive thru pace. I use to work at one and you use to have to pull that car in drive thru after two mins....not this one you just sit and wait....
