Found a piece of hair in my pizza. The pizza itself left a lot to be desired. The inside of the restaurant felt like it hasn’t be changed since the 90’s. Just eh

So many good things about this restaraunt. Starting with the staff, always so quick and attentive. The pizza is incredible and so is the pasta! It is a regular in my restaurant rotation!

Stopped in for lunch today 9/27/24 at 11:45 the place wasn't hopping yet. So our choice of tables server was quick to offer beverages. And returned with the just as quickly. In fact so quick we had not time to decide from the extensive menu.
And not just pizzas and Italian fare although it was well represented.
Sandwiches of a variety and yeah I go to an Italian joint and don't order Italian.
I was in the mood for beef!
Philly Cheesesteak?! Risky outside of Philadelphia, 6" or 12"? 12inch of course. Anna makes her Philly with shaved sirloin and she doesn't skimp easily 8-10 oz on the bun with grilled onions, I said hold the green peppers not traditional of course neither is the mozzarella cheese, but I deemed it an acceptable substitute for the more traditional provolone. Anna's offers the whole garden on her Philly shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, banana peppers as well as mayo and vinaigrette dressing. No bring all that on the side. I'll enjoy the salad and a side of fries.
When everything came out it was all separated ? nothing was touching they must've thought I was one of those... Nope just traditional. The torpedo roll was perfect crusty on the outside as if just baked, soft inside but not grilled. The steak was well seasoned and tender without gristle or excess fat. And as I said filled the roll the fries were served standing on ends in a soup crock ( very inventive) The garden toppings were barely noticed but for munching a few pepper rings.
The iced tea was brewed not too strong just right and fresh.
Server maintained contact with us but wasn't intrusive. Slipped in drink refills silently, not interrupting our conversation.
I have to say this was the best restaurant experience and customer service I've had in a long while. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic job Anna and your whole team!

Vegetarian options: Cheese filled pasta if you like but also pastas with marinara or olive oil, salads,

Dietary restrictions: Staff so kind if you have special needs/ requests just speak up they will accommodate in every possible manner.

Parking: Restaurant within strip mall with large parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Children's menu atmosphere plenty comfortable for families.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space between tables and chairs not booth seating so a wheelchair will easily fit up to the table. Handicap parking and no issues of floor height changes inside.

A little dated decor but I like that sort of feel. Pizza & pasta were both delicious. Service is very friendly. Food is a bit pricey but will recommend and return for more!

Just a fair warning…do not get the fettuccine Alfredo. It taste like nothing. I also found a piece of plastic in my pasta. The waitress was apologetic and really nice about it, so props to her. They did refund my meal and asked if I wanted a replacement, but honestly I didn’t like the meal anyways. I know mistakes happen, and I’m sure the other food is decent considering everyone I was with (that didn’t order the fettuccine Alfredo) cleared their plates.

Had to leave my stromboli at the table... Got a Anna's combo stromboli. It's was cut into 5 pieces. Two ends nothing but soggy dough two in from that a spoon full of toping, middle piece... The way all pieces need to be for 22ish dollars. I mean I don't mind paying top dollar for food but make it proportional. A regular pie folded in half woulda been better. Absolute fail pie guy. I go and question the kitchen and the pie guys is sitting on the same table as the meat slicer he's slicing meat on...
