Ordered late during a storm and saw wait time was a hour out. They only had one driver on duty and I asked if coming to pick it up would be easier. They said yeah so I came, grabbed it, gave me a 2 liter for my troubles and got back to cranking out orders.
Outstanding service yall. Hope your nights aren’t this rough on the regular.

Quality of the pizza has degraded a lot. There is hardly any cheese and it isn’t thick enough. I loved their hand tossed dough which was thick, cheesy and soft, but not anymore.

Not sure why ppl are giving 2 or 3 stars,,,but Domino's Poquoson is one of the better places for service. The young ppl there do really well

Highly disappointed with this particular location. They will not deliver to my apartment complex after 4pm. I was told it was for the safety of the delivery driver. I find that to be very prejudice because the complex is predominantly Black people. My order was canceled but it will take 2-5 days for my money to be refunded to my card. I chose another pizza place that delivers to my apartment complex after 4pm. Please do not order for delivery if you get off work after 4pm and cannot pick it up yourself.

You're typical Domino's Pizza however; they seem to make a pizza right!! When you ask for extra cheese, you absolutely get extra cheese!! Friendly as always

i was trying to make sure that my card wasn’t charged twice. the first gentleman was helpful but after i called back a rude stank old lady was being rude and hung up in my face and proceeded to not pick up the phone after. i ordered papa john’s after dominos online server had a server error. all i wanted was to make sure my card wasn’t charged twice ..

Definitely the best Dominos in the area. Always clean and the employees are always very friendly and accommodating.
I don't remember if his name was Sid or Skid, but the young man was chipper, had a fantastic attitude and was very prompt with the delivery. Give that man a raise.
Update( 8/18/24) Same good energy. Staff was quick to remind me of their deals and the last day for a very beneficial one. I love how proactive they are to assist you

We have always had a positive experience with the store. So far, we have only used them for store pickup, so I can't comment on delivery or curbside service. When ordering through the app, the order is typically ready for pickup within 30 minutes. Our orders have been correct every time and the quality of the food is as expected.

This store is an absolute dumpster fire. I stood out front for 10 minutes yelling hey to get someone to come up and give me my pick up order but the “manager and a co-worker” were smoking weed in the back while i waited. Mostly im upset at their inability to put buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza. Im actually baffled. I over-looked home dude smoking up in the back. i over looked the first 3 times they forgot to put buffalo sauce on this exact pizza ive ordered many times before… the pizza is literally named for the sauce. The last time this happened i talked to the “manager” and was assured it wouldnt happen again. Ive worked in restaurants before and i understand the work that goes into a job like this so ive never complained before. Tonight when i picked up my buffalo chicken pizza the young dude behind the counter was like “man thats our best pizza and that sauce is number 1”I said i 100% agree. When i got home no buffalo sauce. So i called the store to let them know, and am directed to miss Ekaterina Fritz. She proceeded to tell me that the delivery drivers dont know how to make the pizzas so the man who said the sauce was great wasn’t responsible for my sauce being missing. I mentioned i worked at dominos once upon a time and that the build sheets hanging above the pizza build station (3* for ambiance) showed how to make it. I thought someone should have known the recipe. She then proceeded to tell me that i should have checked the pizza before i left and that it was my responsibility to make sure that it was prepared correctly.
